Tempest Day features an animated wave motif that moves around the edges of the rug to create a border design. Silk threads have been woven to create a three-dimensional quality in the curl of the wave, while the foam aspect is crafted through soft neutral wool. This light blue palette will introduce a sense of calm in any space.

Embodying heritage fashion, Pei rose to international fame after Rihanna wore one of her most exquisite pieces to the 2015 Met Gala. Often referred to as China’s ‘Queen of Couture’, Pei has proved her revered status after succeeding as the first guest member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture and the founding member of the Asian Couture Federation. With her designs often taking years to create, this collaboration highlights our mutual respect for craftsmanship, tradition and authentic luxury.
