Suzanne Sharp, co-founder of The Rug Company, put her eclectic and colourful
style to play in Annabel White’s home in West London. Taking inspiration from
her background of decorative painting and travel, her rug designs continue to
demonstrate unique and beautiful aesthetics.
Today, Suzanne works with her team at Suzanne Sharp Studio to design both
private and commercial residences. Her eye for design expands past rugs,
as Sharp has launched a range of furniture and accessories with the Lacquer
Company and is creating her own wallpaper and paint collection.

lived on a little Mediterranean
island in a world of old historic
houses and villages that are
steeped in history, dust and
magic, this influenced me deeply
and my aesthetic represents the
memories of my childhood, this
rug is a part of that.”
Working alongside our in-house studio, Sharp designed a bespoke rug for
White’s walk-in wardrobe. Salina adds another element to this space by covering the floor with a unique pattern and bringing the room to life.
